I can not see the device's WiFi network

Make sure your device has not been connected to a network previously. You can reset your device's network by following these instructions.

I can not connect to the device's WiFi network

Try to forget the device's WiFi network on the device (phone/computer) you are trying to connect from, and then reconnect.
